This Green and Pleasant Land VIII
Michael St.Mark 2016
Full-swing full pedestrianisation of former pedestrian area within The Spires shopping precinct, Barnet N. London; that formerly held a small central garden with children’s play area, customer seating and tree ( foreground stump, cut and with potentially intrusive roots encased in concrete )
Latest in the long-running LD series highlighting the inexorable terraforming of England by corporate developments, green-lighted often by corrupt local authorities backed by self-serving politicians; into a chronically overcrowded concrete, glass, steel and asphalt sprawl producing ever-increasing levels of stress in the population.
