Universal Clock seems to point to the intrinsic oneness of everything. So this IS in fact the Universal clock in that it contains all the molecular, atomic, subatomic and etherial components and codes as the unimaginably vast machine of the cosmos.
The smallest is also the largest, is also the Dada and the loop of the universe is suddenly revealed in the forms of nail file and ring within space.
