If you’re refering to the previous work ” Dead Dali Dada”, the photo was taken in a gallery at a Salvador Dali exhibition last Autumn. The pic is of one of his paintings with a quote from Dali underneath.
I’m merely taking the man at his prefered word and stealing the image (hence flash of the camera ) and re-presenting it as a posthumous (on his part ) co-work, his having agreed before his death that he would rather his ideas be stolen. He didn’t give a timeframe on this so he would have been thrilled to see this new rendition here.
All done in the best possible Dada taste of course.
Thanks for the enqiry MD,
If you’re refering to this latest, Jess, I thought two Aesop’s Fables multicoloured horses’ heads poking through the bracken, one with a patch on his eye.
They are weird but draw the mind into the picture with colourful pre-historic imaginings.
MS please elaborate……
Death on the dead?
