Ahh but this is Scotland (Albion) Vort’ – the leaden-skied land of eternal doonpours and the dreaded midge.
Think the WCs (ptp) ‘d have a hard time getting anyone to take water rationing anytime soon, after the sodden past year doon here in Sassanach land.
But with 90% of London’s water supply seeming to be running through a giant pipe with a hole in it, I wouldn’t put it past the cheeky ferkers to try it on.
