Nice to see people ‘caught’ in the nets for a change. good job the nets are there though as sitting at the window tables would be like eating on a stage with passing shoppers as your audience!

It is unusual for a fish and chip shop to have nets, although a golden plaice to reel in a witty picture or two 😉
I once had a friend with whom I wrote a novel on the subject.
Long since gone – she said she thought she could “do batter” ( than me)
Does wonders for confidence, stuff like that, y’know 😦
Maybe one day the ocean will return her to shore, that would be nice.
