About Michael St.Mark

Conceptual / experimental multi-discipline artist, writer and photographer. Art influencer and founder of London Dada, recalling Dada's original aims and principles as envisaged by it's founder Hugo Ball. Eschews the often politically-motivated taboo on expressions of critical thought within art. Admiring Duchamp in going beyond the seemingly endless infatuation with the ' pretty picture' retinal and instead refusing to accept the standards and practices of an established corrupt art world and creatively stifling conventions that are still considered essential to attain fame and financial success: refusing to repeat himself or to develop one recognizable style to placate the commercial needs of the market.

Roaring T2 Diabetes in children – “experts” fiddling while Rome burns

No need for any more research, Paul.  No one can top Atkins because he already discovered the cause of T2D. The need is for education on the danger of the refined high carb “BRPS” foods ( bread, rice, pasta, sugar ) eaten in volume by people – young or old – leading a sedentary or semi-sedentary lifestyle where the body is forced to store excess calories as fat. The food industry have mega profit margins, derived from mass consumption of these highly addictive products, riding on keeping that simple truth out of the public eye ( where do we see warnings over eating large amounts of BRPS for example – yet that is precisely the main cause of the T2D epidemic ). This naturally entails keeping the MSM ( with its substantial ad revenue from the food industry ), diabetes research “scientists”  and succession of government health ministers’ mouths shut & in their pockets, fiddling while Rome burns ( hoping to find a quick fix to counteract millions of years of evolution – good luck with that )
A sample consequence of which amply illustrated above.
( Images are, er, expandable )

  • The acronym BRPS (bread, rice, pasta, sugar ) – four typical high carb deadly sin foods – coined by Michael St. Mark, March 14th 2017

London Dada – True perception and criticism of the times we’re living in

Work No. 934; Gridlock in Angerland

First in a new series.
Someone in the art community needed to start commenting critically on the absolute nightmare that is driving anywhere in England these days. The whole country’s road network, both A’s and B’s,  has essentially become a gigantic cobweb of perpetual rat runs with less and less tarmac space per unit vehicle by the day. The hidden side of the situation being the stress / health harm to everyone, whether driver or pedestrian, by the brute forces of anger and frustration on the rampage .. oh and chronic lung-clogging pollution into the bargain.
